Do Not Track Signals
We do not track you over time and across other third-party websites or services. Accordingly, we currently do not honor do-not-track signals that may be sent by some browsers and we do not modify what information we collect or how we use that information based on whether such a signal is broadcast or received by us.
No Information From Children Under Age 13
Our Sites are not intended for children under 13 years of age. No one under age 13 may provide any information to or on the Sites. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
To Provide Products, Services, and Information to Healthcare Professionals.
Healthcare professionals may contact us through our some of our Sites and ask for samples, or co-pay cards, or request a visit from a sales representative, or have medical affairs contact them about a clinical question regarding our products. We use the personal information provided by healthcare professionals to contact them for these purposes and to provide information about our products.
To Provide Services and Information to Consumers.
Consumers may use some of our sites to create a co-pay card to receive discounts on our products when they are prescribed by a licensed health care professional. We use the personal information provided by consumers for this purpose.
We may also use your information to fulfill other purposes for which you provide it, in other ways that we may describe when you provide us that information, or for other purposes after we have obtained your consent.
4. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION
We may use third parties to help host our Site, send out email updates about the Site, provide marketing and advertising services for us, and remove repetitive information from our user lists. These service providers will have access to your personal information in order to provide these services, but when this occurs we implement reasonable contractual and technical protections to limit their use of that information to helping us provide the service.

You can access and update certain information we have relating to your online account by contacting us through our Contact Us information described below. You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional e-mails from Romark by using the opt-out or unsubscribe feature contained in the e-mails.

We use physical, technical and administrative security measures and safeguards to protect the confidentiality and security of your personal information. However, since the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee, ensure, or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us. The Sites are operated and managed on servers located and operated within the United States. By using and accessing our Sites, residents and citizens of countries and jurisdictions outside of the United States agree and consent to the transfer to and processing of personal information on servers located in the United States, and that the protection of such information may be different than required under the laws of your residence or location.
